Jorge Cortes is a South Florida real estate professional with more than 10 years of experience, combining real estate sales with hands-on knowledge of property management, construction, renovations, and real estate investing.
His experience extends beyond traditional real estate transactions. Jorge has personally owned and managed multifamily properties, including a five-unit property he has operated for approximately six years. He also acquired, renovated, stabilized, managed, and ultimately sold a four-unit multifamily property, giving him firsthand experience with the challenges investors and property owners face throughout the life cycle of a property.
Jorge’s background also includes managing property for clients and completing multiple renovation and fix-and-flip projects. This practical construction and property-management experience allows him to evaluate real estate from more than just a sales perspective. He understands many of the physical, operational, and financial considerations that can affect a property before and after a transaction.
Today, Jorge brings that combined experience to his work with buyers, sellers, investors, and property owners throughout South Florida.
